The school was successful in gaining affiliation to CBSE within a short span of six years of its inception. Ever since, this institution has never looked back and remains committed to maintain this pace of progress, rising higher, ever higher in its service to the residents of the city of Gurgaon. Blue Bells Model School is affiliated to All India Central Board of Secondary Education (A.I.C.B.S.E.) Aff. No. 0530056. The progress of the school has been commendable. Having secured affiliation on 1st April 1986, the school was upgraded to the High School level. The first batch of students of Class X appeared in the Board Examination in March 1988. The results were highly commendable, and the school was upgraded to the Senior Secondary level in July 1991. The first batch of Class XII appeared for the Board Examination conducted by C.B.S.E. in March 1993. In response to the school's commitment to provide quality education, it was a great honour when CBSE selected us as a part of the pilot project for Accreditation under SQAA.

The school has been accredited twice with INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL AWARD 2014-17 and 2018-21 by British Council for observing Global Standard in Education.
