Business Summit 2025 - 'Comm-Kshetra and Udbhav’, hosted by Blue Bells Model
school, Gurugram, marked a significant milestone in fostering innovation,
collaboration, and entrepreneurial spirit among the youth. Over two dynamic days, July 18 and 19,
2025, the summit brought together high school students, industry experts, and
academic leaders on a shared platform to engage in real-world business
simulations. With a lineup of competitive challenges, the event was thoughtfully
designed to enhance students’ analytical thinking, communication, and financial
literacy.
The opening
ceremony commenced with the traditional diya lighting with shloka recital. A
classical group dance created a perfect ambience for the two-days event. Radhika
Agarwal and Meet Khushwaha, the Commerce Wizards, and Ishita Dutta the Humanities
Wizard, extended a warm welcome to the management, dignitaries, and
participants, highlighting the summit as a platform to foster entrepreneurial
thinking and problem-solving skills. Ms. Alka Singh, Principal of Blue Bells
Model School, formally welcomed all and encouraged students to embrace their
role as future leaders and changemakers and declared the event open.
The theme of the Summit centered on ‘Let’s Innovate,
Integrate and Inspire the World’. Dr. Saroj Suman Gulati, Director, BBGS graced
the occasion with her benign presence as the Chief Guest. The esteemed Guest of
Honour for the event was Mr. Rajiv A Cowasjee, Director, Technical and
Practical Arts, Le Cordon Bleu, School of Hospitality and Tourism.
The event witnessed the participation of more than 1100
students from 74 renowned schools from across Gurugram and other cities and
states including Haryana, Rajasthan, UP and Delhi. The young budding scholars
competed with all their knowledge and might in an intellectually stimulating thirteen
events. The plethora of competitions included Trade-E-Thon, Supernova, Nitikar,
Litigation Lane, Politiplus, Pitch Masters, Sustainability in Fashion, Digimark,
Echoes of Antiquity, Folkonomics, The Ultimate Res-Q, Eidos Symposium and Timeless
Strokes. The eminent adjudicators and sponsors of the events were from BMU
University, G. D. Goenka University and Start Up You.
The closing ceremony commenced with a
Ganesh Vandana followed by a vibrant 'Snapshot' presentation, capturing
memorable glimpses from across the summit—preparation zones, brainstorming
sessions, venue setups, and
the
competitive arenas. A captivating band performance and a group dance on the
theme ‘Economically growing India’ by the school’s young performers added an
artistic flair to the event. Winners across various categories were felicitated
with trophies and certificates by the School Director, Principal, and
distinguished judges. In their address, the judges applauded the participants’
creativity, dedication, and entrepreneurial insight, and praised the school for
seamlessly executing such a large-scale initiative. They emphasized that the
summit had effectively empowered students to emerge as visionary leaders,
innovative thinkers, and socially conscious individuals. Dr. Suhail, Senior
Wing Coordinator, concluded the ceremony with a heartfelt vote of thanks. Centered
on future-ready skills and ethical entrepreneurship, the 2025 summit not only
cultivated leadership but also encouraged empathy, sustainability, and a global
outlook—empowering the change-makers of tomorrow.
