Janmashtami Celebration
“Wherever there is Krishna, there is victory.”
A special
assembly on the occasion of Janmashtami
was beautifully presented by the students of Grade 3D on August 18, 2025. The
assembly began with a heartfelt prayer, invoking Lord Krishna to walk beside us
and guide us through life’s ups and downs. A thoughtful message followed,
encouraging everyone to perform good deeds and lead a life of kindness and
virtue. Through a captivating narration of Lord Krishna’s life, the young
learners drew inspiration to do good for others and stand up for what is right.
A mesmerizing dance performance depicting scenes from Krishna’s childhood added
charm and vibrancy to the celebration, leaving the audience truly spellbound.
The students
also explored the diverse ways in which Janmashtami is celebrated across India,
discovering the rich cultural heritage and festive spirit associated with the
occasion. Their joy and enthusiasm were clearly visible as they realized that
Janmashtami is not just a celebration, but a way to unite people and reinforce
the values of love, unity, and righteousness.
The
celebration concluded on a divine note as everyone offered flowers to the idol
of Lord Krishna and sought his blessings with folded hands and pure hearts.
