An Immersive Learning Experience through Virtual Reality

An engaging and enriching Metaverse Session was conducted for students of Grades III to VIII through Virtual Reality, offering them an immersive and experiential mode of learning on 10 December 2025. The session successfully blended technology with education, making abstract concepts vivid and relatable for young learners.

Students of Classes III to V delighted in a thrilling virtual experience of flying in the sky. As they soared above the ground, they gained valuable insights into the invention of the aeroplane, the functioning of jet planes, and their significance in everyday life. Stepping into the role of a pilot added an element of excitement and helped transform learning into an enjoyable and memorable experience.

For students of Classes VI to VIII, the session took on a deeper and more reflective dimension. Through a powerful virtual simulation, they experienced the realities of war from a soldier’s perspective. This immersive exposure helped them understand the physical hardships, emotional strain, and challenges faced by soldiers during deployment, fostering empathy, critical thinking, and respect for the armed forces.

This pioneering initiative demonstrated how advanced technology can revolutionize education by making learning engaging, impactful, and meaningful. The VR 360° sessions expanded students’ horizons, inspired thoughtful reflection, and marked a significant step towards integrating innovation with education.
